Community Guidelines

Standards for respectful participation, authentic expression and safer communities across ZKTOR.

Our Shared Community

People first. Respect always.

ZKTOR is built for real conversations, meaningful communities and authentic connections. Our Community Guidelines explain the standards we expect people to follow when using ZKTOR.

These Guidelines are intended to help people express themselves, participate in communities and share ideas while respecting the safety, privacy, dignity and rights of others.

They apply across relevant ZKTOR experiences, including profiles, posts, comments, communities, messages, photos, videos and other user-generated content or interactions.

Our Community Principle

Express yourself freely and participate meaningfully, while respecting the safety, privacy and dignity of other people.

Community Principles

What we expect from everyone.

Healthy communities depend on people participating responsibly and respecting one another.

Respect

Treat other people with dignity. Disagreement is part of conversation, but personal attacks, intimidation and abuse are not.

Authenticity

Represent yourself and your affiliations honestly. Do not deceive people about who you are or whom you represent.

Safety

Do not use ZKTOR to threaten, exploit, harass or deliberately endanger another person.

Responsibility

Consider the impact of what you publish, share or communicate and use platform features responsibly.

Respect Each Other

Harassment, bullying and threats.

ZKTOR should be a place where people can participate without being deliberately intimidated, humiliated or repeatedly targeted.

Criticism, disagreement and debate can be legitimate. They become problematic when participation turns into targeted abuse, threats or sustained harassment.

Do not:

Threaten another person

Do not make credible threats of physical violence or encourage others to harm someone.

Persistently target someone

Do not repeatedly contact, intimidate or target another user after they have clearly indicated that the interaction is unwanted.

Coordinate harassment

Do not organize other people or accounts to overwhelm, threaten or abuse an individual or community.

Evade safety controls

Do not create or use another account to evade blocks or other restrictions intended to stop unwanted contact.

Human Dignity

Hate and discriminatory conduct.

People should be able to participate without being attacked or dehumanized because of who they are.

Protected characteristics

Do not attack, threaten or dehumanize people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

Debate ideas, not identities

Discussion of politics, religion, culture and social issues may involve disagreement. Criticism of ideas should not become attacks on people because of protected characteristics.

No hateful intimidation

Content that promotes violence, exclusion or serious harm against people because of a protected characteristic is not permitted.

Protect People

Violence and dangerous activity.

ZKTOR must not be used to facilitate credible threats, violent attacks or other activity that creates a serious risk of physical harm.

Threats and incitement

Do not threaten violence or encourage people to carry out violent attacks against individuals or groups.

Violent organizations

ZKTOR must not be used to recruit for, materially support or promote organizations or individuals engaged in terrorism or violent extremism.

Graphic violence

Graphic material may be restricted or removed depending on its context, purpose and potential to cause harm.

Child Safety

Protecting children and young people.

Sexual exploitation or abuse of children is prohibited on ZKTOR. Content or conduct that exploits, sexualizes or endangers children is not permitted.

Sexual exploitation

Child sexual abuse material and content that sexually exploits minors are prohibited.

Grooming

Attempts to sexually groom, manipulate or exploit a child are prohibited.

Harmful contact

Adults must not use ZKTOR to engage minors in exploitative or inappropriate sexual interactions.

Report concerns

Use the appropriate reporting route when you encounter content or behavior that may put a child at risk.

Respect Privacy

Personal information belongs to people.

Do not expose another person's private information without authorization or use personal information to intimidate, threaten or facilitate harm.

Do not share without authorization:

Private addresses

Home addresses or precise private location information.

Private contact details

Non-public phone numbers, email addresses or similar information.

Financial information

Bank details, payment credentials and other private financial information.

Identity documents

Private identification documents or credentials.

Consent Matters

Intimate content and sexual exploitation.

Intimate images or videos must never be shared without the consent of the person depicted.

Non-consensual intimate imagery

Sharing or threatening to share intimate material without consent is prohibited.

Manipulated imagery

Sexually explicit manipulated or AI-generated depictions of identifiable people without consent are prohibited.

Be Authentic

Identity, impersonation and deceptive behavior.

People should be able to understand who they are interacting with and when content is being presented deceptively.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate another person, organization or business in a way intended to deceive people.

Honest representation

Do not falsely claim qualifications, affiliations, authority or relationships that you do not have.

Parody and commentary

Parody, commentary and fan accounts should be presented clearly enough that people are not reasonably misled about their identity or affiliation.

Trust & Integrity

Fraud, scams and harmful deception.

ZKTOR must not be used to deceive people for financial, personal or other harmful gain.

Scams and fraud

Do not use deceptive offers, fake investments, fraudulent sales or similar schemes to obtain money, information or property.

Phishing

Do not attempt to obtain passwords, financial information or other credentials through deception.

Deceptive links

Do not disguise malicious destinations or deliberately mislead people about where a link will take them.

Context matters

Satire, commentary, mistakes and disputed claims are not automatically treated as fraud. Context and potential harm matter when content is reviewed.

Genuine Participation

Spam and platform manipulation.

ZKTOR is designed for genuine participation. Artificial activity that disrupts conversations or manipulates platform systems is not permitted.

Repetitive spam

Do not flood conversations, comments or messages with repetitive or unsolicited content.

Fake engagement

Do not artificially inflate followers, reactions, views, shares or other engagement metrics.

Abusive automation

Do not use automation to spam, harass people or manipulate platform systems.

Coordinated manipulation

Do not coordinate accounts or communities to deceptively manipulate visibility, engagement or platform processes.

Respect Creative Work

Intellectual property and ownership.

Share content that you created, have permission to use, or otherwise have the legal right to publish.

Copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property issues may be handled through the appropriate ZKTOR reporting process.

Copyright

Do not knowingly publish copyrighted material when you do not have the right to do so.

Trademarks

Do not misuse trademarks in ways that unlawfully mislead people about source, sponsorship or affiliation.

Creator attribution

Where appropriate, credit the creator or source of work you share.

Rights reports

Rights holders can use the applicable reporting channel to raise concerns.

Community Spaces

Communities and moderation.

Community leaders can shape the culture of their spaces, but community-specific rules do not replace ZKTOR's platform-wide standards.

Community rules

Communities may establish additional rules appropriate to their purpose and members, subject to ZKTOR's policies.

Moderators

Moderators may use available tools to manage participation and address violations of their community rules.

Platform standards

All communities remain subject to applicable ZKTOR platform policies regardless of their own additional rules.

Reporting

See something that may violate these Guidelines?

Use the relevant reporting option when you encounter content, an account or an interaction that you believe may violate ZKTOR's rules.

Reports should be made in good faith. Reporting something does not automatically mean that it violates the Guidelines or will be removed.

Report content

Report a post, comment, photo, video or other supported content through the relevant product flow.

Report an account

Report an account when its identity, behavior or activity may violate applicable rules.

Report an interaction

Where supported, report unwanted or harmful interactions using the available reporting controls.

Privacy concerns

Privacy and personal-data matters may require a separate privacy request or reporting route.

Fair & Proportionate Action

How ZKTOR may respond to violations.

When content or behavior violates these Guidelines, ZKTOR may take action based on factors such as the nature and severity of the violation, relevant context, applicable law and an account's history.

Warning

A user may receive information or a warning about a policy violation where appropriate.

Content action

Violating content may be removed, restricted or otherwise acted upon.

Feature restrictions

Access to certain features may be temporarily or permanently restricted where appropriate.

Account suspension

Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension.

Account removal

Severe or persistent violations may result in permanent account removal.

Review & Appeals

Decisions should have a path to review.

Where an appeal or review option is available, eligible users can use the process provided with the relevant enforcement decision.

A review does not guarantee that a decision will be changed. It provides an opportunity for the relevant decision and available context to be considered again.

Review the decision

Read the information provided about the relevant enforcement action.

Use the available review route

If review is available, follow the instructions associated with that decision.

Receive the outcome

ZKTOR may uphold, modify or reverse the original action following review.
